Who this covers

This policy explains how Patino Davila Advisory, LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to patinodavila.com and from clients who engage our fractional FP&A services. By using this site or working with us, you're agreeing to what's described below.

What we collect

Information you give us directly — your name, email, phone number, and business details when you book a call, email us, or become a client.

Client financial data — if you engage our services, the bookkeeping exports, bank statements, invoices, and related business records you share with us so we can build your dashboard, forecast, and commentary.

Website usage data — general analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, referring site, and which buttons you click) collected automatically through Google Analytics. This is aggregated and not tied to your name unless you've also given us your contact information separately.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls
• To deliver the monthly dashboard, forecast, and commentary if you're a client
• To understand how people use this site so we can improve it
• To meet our own legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations

We do not sell your information, and we don't share client financial data with anyone outside our engagement without your permission.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of vendors to run this site and our practice. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data that passes through them:

• Cal.com — call scheduling and booking
• Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics
• Cloudflare — website hosting

How we protect client data

Client files live in a dedicated, access-controlled workspace — never a shared personal drive. Confidentiality is covered by your engagement letter from our first conversation onward, and we'll sign a separate NDA on request. We'll walk you through exactly which tools touch your data and how, up front, before any files change hands.

How long we keep it

We keep client financial data for as long as you're an active client, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return or for our own recordkeeping needs. If you'd like your data deleted or returned sooner, just ask — see contact info below.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it
• Opt out of website analytics using your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker
• Unsubscribe from any email communications at any time

Children's privacy

Our services are directed at business owners and are not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
